Mossstar is the offical skin creator. So whenever you a new skin, Just ask Mossstar! Staff you can still make skins, but ask Mossstar if you can make a new skin, not me! Or if this idea is OK with Mossstar, you can be a helper of Mossstar's.

A skin is the background, like the color and everything, go to profile, and modify profile and scroll down until you see skin or something like that. How you make it, you have to be a Admin (Administrator). You are just a regular member.

Im not sure I named it right S inst there a program that would create forum skins complete theme and I could edit them buttons or the colors for example  |
